<br />Santa Ana, to order the following street

<br /> lst: That the streets and alleys hereinafter described
<br /> all of which are shown upon a map, of tract !go. 9g, recorded
<br /> in Book lC, Page ~ , of Miscellaneous Maps. Records of Orange
<br /> County, California, be closed.
<br />
<br /> Palm Court, in its entireity, that certain unnamed
<br /> alley lylng North of lots ~,lO,11, and 12 and that Certain
<br /> alley lying between lots 10, and ll, all as shown on tract
<br /> No.
<br />
<br /> 2nd: That the lands nec.essary to be taken therefore,
<br /> is described as follows, ~o-wit:

<br /> Situated in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange,
<br /> State of California, and described as follows.

<br /> All of Palm Court and that certain alley lying North
<br /> of lots 9, i , ll, and l~, and that certain alley lying
<br /> between lots lC, and ll, all as shown on map of Tract $ ~g
<br /> as recorded in Book 10, Page 4g, of ~iscellaneous Naps,
<br /> Records of Orange County, California.

<br /> of the district of lands to be affected or benefited by said
<br /> work, and be assessed to pay t~e damages, expenses or costs

<br /> 4th: The Santa Ana Register is hereoy designated as
<br />the newspaper in which the Superintendent of Streets shall
<br />publish "notice of PuOllc Work" as provided by law.

<br /> Resolution No. ?35 was read and coneidered by the Board
<br />of Trustees at a meeting held omthe lOth day of October, 1921,
<br />and on motion of Trustee J. WI Tub~e, eeconded by ~rustee Co H.
<br />Chapman, was carried, and the roll was called and Resolution No.
