All of said notices shall be headed - NOTICE OF IMPROVEMENT - in letters of not less~ than one inch in length, and shall in legible characters state the fact of the passage of this Resolution of Intention, its date, and brlefly describe the work and im~-ovement pro- posed and refer to this Resolution of.Intention for furthe~ particulars. Said notice shall also contain a statement of the day, hour, and place when and where any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work or improvement, may appear before the Board of T~usteesand show cause why the said proposed improvement shaould not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution.of Intention. And there shall also be insemtedthel~e.i~ the following: "Notice is hereby given that se~ialbondsto represent unpaid assessment, and bear.in~erest at the rate of seven per cent. per annum, will be~issued hereunder in the manner provided by the impro~ementbond act of 191§, the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine years from the second day of July next succeeding nine months from their date." Ail said notices shall be posted and shall contain and set forth in manner and for~ the facts, things a nd matters required by law. Ail of the herein proposed work shall be done in pursuance of an Act of the Legislature of the State of California,designated ImpmovementAet of 1911, approved April Vth, 1911, and all amendmentslthereto.
