The Street Superintendent of the city of Santa Ana shall cause to be Conspicuous~ posted along the line of said con- temDlated work and improvement at not more than three hundred (SO0) feet in distance apart, but not less than three (3) in all, notice of the passage of this Resolution of Intention. The work being chargeable upon a district copies of said notice shall also be postedalong all of the open streets within such district, at not more than 300 feet in distance apart, on each street; all of the postingmust~.be fully com- pleted at least ten (10) days before the day in this Reso-
