Noes: Absent: Attest: Whereas, at said meeting the Board of Trustees took said bids and the whole thereof under Consideration and continued the awarding of a contract for the work and making the improvement to its meeting to be held on the 24th day of July, 1922; Resolved, that the Cityof Santa Aha hereby re- Jects all of said proposals or bids. except that hereinafter next mentioned and hereby awards the contract for doing said work and improvement to the lowest responsible, bidder thereof, to wit:- T.W. Oglesby, at the price named in his bid as follows: Item 1. The regrading to a subgrade and the laying of a 5" concrete pavement with belt-finish wearing surface complete with the furnishing of all necessary equipment and material on an estimate of 2666V.60 square feet for the sum of twenty one cents ($0.21) per square foot. The Clerk of the city of Santa Aha is hereby directed to post notice of this award with specifications for five days on or near the Council chamber door of the council chamber of the Board of. Trustees of the city of Santa Aha, a~d also publish said notice twice in SAN~A AMA DAILY EVENING REGISTER, a daily newspaper published and circulated in the city of Santa Ana, hereby des ig"nated for that pu~ose by the Board of T~ustees. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution is a full, true and correct copy of the Resolution of Award No. 811 duly and regularly introduced andpassed by the Board of ~¥ustees of the city of Santa Aha, at a regu~l~r adjourned meeting thereof held on the 24th day of July, lg22, by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees J.W.Tubbs, C.H.
