RESOLUTION ORDERING WOI~K <br /> NO. 812. <br /> <br /> Whereas, ~he Board of l~ustees of the City of Santa Ana on <br /> the 3rd day of July, 1922, passed its Resolution of Intention No. <br /> 806 to order the hereinafter described work to be done and im- <br /> provement to be made in said city, which Resolution of Intention <br /> No. 806 was duly and legally published twice in SANTA AEA DAILY <br /> EVEEING HEGISTER, a daily newspaper published and circulated in <br /> the City of Santa Aha, all as required by law and appears from <br /> the affidavit of T. G. McDonour,.principa! Clerk of the printers <br /> and p~blishers of said daily newspaper, and which affidavit was <br /> filed in the office of the Clerk of the city cC Santa Ana on the <br /> 8th day of July, 1922, and now on file therein; and <br /> <br /> Whereas, after the passage and adoption of said Resolution <br /> of Intention No. 806, the Street Superintendent of the city of <br /> Santa Aha Conspicuously posted along the line of the contemplated <br /> work and improvement, at not more than 300 Ct. in distance apart, <br /> and 26 in all, notices of the passage of Resolution of Intention <br /> No. 806, headed: NOTICE OF IMPROVEMENT, in n~nner, fox-m, and <br /> substance as provided by law, and the w~rk being chargeable upon <br /> a district also conspicuously posted .copies of said notice along <br /> all of the open streets within such district, not more than 300 <br /> ft. in distance apart on each street, and did post on each street <br /> 6 notices, and on all said open streets 33 notices$ and <br /> <br /> Where~s, the Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Aha <br /> co~neneed to post the said notices on the 8th day of July, 1922, <br /> and ~ully completed th~ posting thereof on the said 8th day of <br /> July, 1922, more than ten days before th~ day set for hearing <br /> protests or objections to the proposed work and improvement, all <br /> as appears by the affidavit of Edw. W. Dahl, Street Superinten- <br /> dent of Santa Ana, filed in the office of the Clerk of ~aid city <br /> on the llth day of July, 1922, and now on file therein; and <br /> <br /> Whereas, the Board of l~ustees of the city of Santa Ana <br /> <br />was duly in regular adjourned session at the council chamber <br />thereof in the City Hall, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock p.m. of <br />Monday, the 24th day of July, 1922, being the day, hour and place <br />notice of which was contained in the Re. solution of Intention and <br />Notice of Improvement, when.and where any and all persons having <br />any objection to the proposed work or improvement might ~ppear <br />before the Board of i~stees and show cause why said proposed im- <br />provement should not be carried out in accordance with said <br />Resolution of Intention. <br /> <br /> And no owner of property liable to be assessed for said work <br />made written or any protests against the proposed work or <br />against the extent c~ the district to be assessed, and no person <br />appearing to or did protest or object, and the Board of T~ustees <br />of the city of Santa Ana having now acquired Jurisdiction to <br /> <br /> <br />
