in ~width extending from such sewer treatment site in a southeasterly direction to t he line of ordinar~ high tide of the Pacific Ocean as a pipeline right of way; also the construction and maintenance on the sewer treatment site of the necessary structures, apparatus, appliances, machinery and equipment for the proper sufficient, and ---~ scientific treatment of sewage; also the construction and maintenance on the pipeline right af way of a sewer pipe- line, extending from the sewer t~eatment site to the line of ordinary high tide of the Pacific Ocean and connected therewith a cast iron sewer pipeline, extending into the waters of the Pacific Ocean approximately 800 ft. for the conveyance and disposal of sewage$ The sewer treatment plant and sewer pipeline to be adequate and sufficient to treat, carry and dispose of the sewage developed and originating in the city of Santa Ana -- and the city of Anaheim; and Whereas, by said Resolutions it ~as also and further determined and declared that it would be for the interest and advantage of the city of Santa Aha and the city of Anaheim to enter into a Joint agreement, authoriz- ing and providing for the Joint constr~ction and maintenance of said necessary outfall sewer outside of the exterior ~ boundaries of both such municipal corporations; and Whereas, pursuant to said Resolutions and the authority of an Act of the Legislat~x~ of the State of California, entitled: "An act authorizing municipal corporations to permit other municipal corporations to construct and maintain sewers, water-mains, and other conduits therein, also to construct and maintain sewers, water-mains and other conduits for their Joint benefit, and at their Joint expense, and to make and enter into con- tracts for said purposes." (Approved March 22, 1909) and amendatory acts thereof, the city of Santa Aha and the city of Anaheim did enter into, execute and deliver one to the other a Joint agreement authorizing and prQviding for the Joint construction and maintenance of such necessary out- fall sewer and by such Joint agreement, provided for the Joint pa~ent of the costs and e~enses, of~ and for the Joint use, benefit and maintenance of suchnecessary out- fall sewer, and therein designated the city of Santa Ana as the municipal corporation by and in the name of which all actions necessary to be brought to take or damage private property for and in the construction of such Joint outfall sewer; Now therefore, it is hereby found, resolved, d~termined, and declared as follows:-
