in ~width extending from such sewer treatment site in a <br />southeasterly direction to t he line of ordinar~ high tide <br />of the Pacific Ocean as a pipeline right of way; also the <br />construction and maintenance on the sewer treatment site <br />of the necessary structures, apparatus, appliances, <br />machinery and equipment for the proper sufficient, and ---~ <br /> <br />scientific treatment of sewage; also the construction and <br />maintenance on the pipeline right af way of a sewer pipe- <br />line, extending from the sewer t~eatment site to the line <br />of ordinary high tide of the Pacific Ocean and connected <br />therewith a cast iron sewer pipeline, extending into the <br />waters of the Pacific Ocean approximately 800 ft. for the <br />conveyance and disposal of sewage$ <br /> The sewer treatment plant and sewer pipeline to be <br />adequate and sufficient to treat, carry and dispose of the <br /> <br /> sewage developed and originating in the city of Santa Ana -- <br /> and the city of Anaheim; and <br /> <br /> Whereas, by said Resolutions it ~as also and <br /> <br /> further determined and declared that it would be for the <br /> interest and advantage of the city of Santa Aha and the <br /> city of Anaheim to enter into a Joint agreement, authoriz- <br /> ing and providing for the Joint constr~ction and maintenance <br /> of said necessary outfall sewer outside of the exterior ~ <br /> boundaries of both such municipal corporations; and <br /> <br /> Whereas, pursuant to said Resolutions and the <br /> authority of an Act of the Legislat~x~ of the State of <br /> California, entitled: "An act authorizing municipal <br /> corporations to permit other municipal corporations to <br /> construct and maintain sewers, water-mains, and other <br /> conduits therein, also to construct and maintain sewers, <br /> water-mains and other conduits for their Joint benefit, <br /> and at their Joint expense, and to make and enter into con- <br /> tracts for said purposes." (Approved March 22, 1909) and <br /> amendatory acts thereof, the city of Santa Aha and the city <br /> of Anaheim did enter into, execute and deliver one to the <br /> other a Joint agreement authorizing and prQviding for the <br /> Joint construction and maintenance of such necessary out- <br /> fall sewer and by such Joint agreement, provided for the <br /> Joint pa~ent of the costs and e~enses, of~ and for the <br /> Joint use, benefit and maintenance of suchnecessary out- <br /> fall sewer, and therein designated the city of Santa Ana <br /> as the municipal corporation by and in the name of which <br /> all actions necessary to be brought to take or damage <br /> private property for and in the construction of such <br /> Joint outfall sewer; <br /> <br /> Now therefore, it is hereby found, resolved, <br /> d~termined, and declared as follows:- <br /> <br /> <br />
