<br />(1) She public interest and necessity requires the con-

<br />struction Jointly by the City of Santa Ana and the city of
<br />
<br />Anaheim of the described Joint outfall sewer consisting of
<br />
<br />and including the sewer treatment site, the sewer treatment
<br />
<br />plant, the sewer pipeline right of way and the sewer pipeline.
<br />
<br />(2) In the construction of the Joint outfall sewer by the
<br />
<br />city of Santa Ana and the city of Anaheim it is necessary to
<br />
<br />take private property as follows:-
<br />
<br />All that real property located in the County of Orange,
<br />
<br />State of California, particularly described as:-
<br />
<br />(a) Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Southwest
<br />quarter (SW$) of Section thirty-three (88) Township five
<br />(5) South, Range ten (10) West, S.B.B.& M., thence South
<br />along the West line of said Southwest quarter (SW~) 8.636
<br />chains to the intersection with the West line of the
<br />official 300 foot channel of the Santa Aha River, as said
<br />West line of said ct~nnel is established by deed from
<br />Jo~m N. Beam et ux to Newbert ProtecttQn District, record-
<br />ed in Book 243 page 1V9 of Deeds, records of Orange County,
<br />California; thence North 29° East along amid West line of
<br />said channel to the North line of the Southwest quarter
<br />(SW~) of said Section thirty-three (83), thence West
<br />along said North line to the point of beginning.

<br />(b) A parcel of land in the Southeast quarter of Section
<br />32, Township 5 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.& M. described
<br />as:

<br />Northeast coroner of land agreed to be conveyed to J.N.Ellis

<br />records of Orange County, California, thence South along
<br />the East line of said parcel, 20.5 chains to the line of
<br />an old fence thence North 55° East along said fence line
<br />to its intersection with the Nort~Lwesterly line of the
<br />right of way of the Santa Ana River; thence Northeasterly
<br />along said Northwesterly line to a point on the East line
<br />of said Southeast quarter (SE~); thence North along said
<br />East line 8.838 chains to the point of beginning, contain-
<br />ing 11.9 acres, more or less.

<br />with the West line of the official 300 foot channel of the
<br />Santa Ana River, as said West line of said channel is
<br />established by deed to the Newbert Protection District,
<br />recorded in Book 198, page 166 of Deeds, records of Orange
<br />County, California; thence from said p~int of intersection
<br />Southwesterly along the West line of said official 300 foot'i
<br />channel on a 15' curve to the left with a radius of 23088.33
<br />feet to the intersection of said West line with the South
<br />line of Section 32, Township ~ South, Range 10 West,
<br />S.B.B.& M. and thence South 89° 27' West to the point of
<br />beginning.
