RESOLUTION NO. 821. RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSEoS~,~ENT DIAGRAM. Resolved that the assessment diagram of assessment district No. 18 for the work done and improvement made upon a portion of that open public street in the City of Santa Ana, commonly known as West Pine Street, extending from the west line of South Flower Street to the east line of South Baker Street, be and is hereby approved. I hereby certify that the foregoing r~solutton was passed by the Board regularly introduced, considered and of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha at s regular meeting thereof held on the 21st day of. August, 1922, by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees J.W.Tubbs, C.H. Chapman, H.H.Dale, W. A. Greenleaf. Noes: Trustees None. Absent: Trustees John G. Mitchell. Attest: (SEAL) E. L. Resolved that the City Engineer of the City of Sanm Ana be and is hereby required to furnish plans and. specifications and careful estimates of cost for the im- provement by constructing~thereon a six inch concrete pave- ment with belt finish wearing surface on a portion of that open public street commonly known as River{ne Avenue from the north line of West Sixth Street to the south line of Halesworth Street.
