14 9 RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 823. Resolved, that it is the intentioh of the Board of Trus- tees of the City of Santa Ana to order the work to be done and improvement to be made in said city hereinafter briefly described, on and along a portion of that open public street in said city, commonly known as West Sixth Street, and which 'portion thereof is described as beginning at the westerly llne of North Broadway and extending west to the easterly line of North Baker Street, and the entire width of the described portion of West Sixth Street from the gutter constructed along the northerly side to the gutter constructed on the southerly side thereof, and where no gutter is constructed on the described portion of West Sixth Street, then from the curb constructed along the north side to the curb constructed on thcs outh side thereof, and where no curb is constructed then to the north and south curb lines existing on the described portion of West Sixth Street, and where any street or alley intersects or terminates in the described portion of West Sixth Street, then beyond the curbz and where no curb exists then beyond the curb line, and across the sidewalk reserMation to the northerly and southerly property lines of the described portion of West Sixth Street; also on a~ along a portion of that open public street in the city of Santa Ana, commonly known as Olive Street, and which portion thereof is described as beginning at t?e north line of West Fourth Street and ex- tending north to the south line of West Sixth Street, and the entire width of the described portion of Olive Street from the curb constructed on the easterly side to the curb con- structed on the westerly side thereof, and where no curb is constructed then to the easterly and westerly curb lines existing on the described portion of Olive Street and where any street or alley intersects or terminates in the described portion of Olive Street then beyond the curb, and where no curb exists then beyond the curb lines, and across the side- wal~ reservation to the easterly and westerly property lines of the described portion of Olive Street. ~e use hereinafter of' certain words or phrases is intended to mean, do mean, and shall at all times be construed to have the meaning herein defined. "West Sixth Street" means the portion of that open public street above described. "Olive Street" means the portion of that open public street above described. The work and improvement which the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana intends to order done ,nd made on Wast'Sixth Street is briefly described ns follows:
