150 <br /> <br /> (a) The regTading of West Sixth Street to a subgrade five <br /> (5) inches below the existing offlcisl grade on West Sixth <br /> Street, except st the places thereon where the grade is <br /> proposed to be modified and changed, and at such places to <br /> a sub-grade five (50 inches below a grade on West Sixth <br /> Street which shall hereafter become and constitute the <br /> true official grade thereof when the present grade iT modi- <br /> fied and changed as in this Resolution of Intention set <br /> forth and provided for. <br /> <br /> (b) The pavement of West Sixth Street by ~onstructing <br /> <br /> on the subgrade a Concrete pavement five (5) inches thick <br /> with a belt finish wearing surface complete to the existing <br /> official grade where the grade is not to be modified or <br /> changed, and to the proposed grade where the existing <br /> official grade is to be modified and c~mnged. <br /> <br /> (c) i~e constr~ction of a concrete curb along the <br /> northerly an~ southerly sides of West Sixth Street and <br /> where any street or a~ley intersects or term~inates in West' <br /> Sixth Street then the Construction of return concrete curb <br /> on each side of the intersecting or terminating streets <br /> or alley to the property ~ine on the northerly and southerly <br /> sides of West Sixth Street. <br /> <br /> (d) The excavation for and construction of one Concrete <br /> syphon flush tank on the center line of West Sixth Street <br /> at a point 115 feet West of the cehter line of North Broad- <br /> way. ihe excavation of a main sewer trench approximately <br /> nine (9) feet deep and extending from said flush tank West <br /> mlong the Center line of West Sixth Street a distance of 425 <br /> feet to a manhole now constructed at the point of intersec- <br /> tion of the center line of West Sixth Street by the center <br /> line of Riverine Avenue produced South across We~ Sixth <br /> Street. <br /> <br /> The construction in said sewer trench of a 6 inch <br />inside diameter vitrified salt glazed cylindrical main sewer <br />pipe co~necting the above mentioned flush tank to be Con- <br />strutted and the said manhole, the sewer trench to be back- <br />filled and settled to a t~ue and solid surface on the sub- <br />grade. <br /> <br /> (e) The excavation in West Sixth Street of 34 lateral --~ <br />house connection sewer trenches, one trench to be opposite <br />each lot, piece or parcel of land fronting on West Sixth <br />Street except where a lateral house connection sewer already <br />exists. Each trench to extend northerly and southerly as <br />the case may be from the main sewer pipeline now constructed <br />and to be constructed along aDproximately the center line of <br />West Sixth Street, pursuant to this Resolution of Intention <br />to the inside of t~e curb now Const~cted or to be constructed <br />pursuant thereto. <br /> <br /> <br />
