Resolved, that the g~'ade on a part of Olive Street at which the work is proposed to be done and shown on the ~lans adopted for the ~roposed work is the modified and changed grade on Olive Street and the elevations thereof are as follows: The proposed grade is upon the center line of Olive stated at designated points Street where the work is pro- posed to be done at a modified and changed grade and the elevations are for the top of the crown of the street along the center line thereof as follows: At a point on the center line of Olive Street 20 feet north of the north line of West Fourth Street, 107.80 feet. At the point of intersection of the center line of Olive Street by the center llne of West Sixth Street, 109.70 feet. The elevations of the existing official grade on West Sixth Street and'Olive Street and of t~e grade at whid~- the work is proposed to be done on parts of said streets, as shown on the plans adopted for the proposed work and stated in this Resolution of Intention, are based upon a datum plane adopted and established by Ordinance No. Sql of the city of Santa Aha, which datum plane is 124.~88 feet below the center line of the bench mark consisting of a copper plate fixed in and located at the northwesterly corner of the City Hall of the city of Santa Ana, and marked "U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey B. E." All s~id elevations are. expressed in feet and ~undredths of feet and are ele- vations above said datum plane. __~ At all points between the points where the eleva- , tions are stated and given and shown upon the plans the grade shall conform to a true and uniform gradient along the center line.of the street for which they are shown upon the plans and herein stated.
