or ordinary public benefit, and the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana hereby makes the expenses of s~sch work and improvements chargeable upon a district, which district said Board of Trustees hereby declares to be the district benefitted by said work and improvement, ond to be assessed to pay the costs and eXpenses thereof, and which district is located in the city of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, the exterior boundaries thereof being described and specified ~s follows: Beginning at the intersection of the center line of West Sixth Street with the west line of Broadway; thence Northerly along the West line of Broadway, a distance of 336.§ feet; thence westerly to a point in the East line of Baker Street 342.8 feet Northerly from the point of inter- section of the center line of West Sixth Street with the East line of Baker Street; thence Southerly a~ong the East line of Baker Street a distance of 342.5 feet to the said~ point of intersection of the center line of West Sixth Street with the East line of Baker Street; thence continuing Southerly along the East line of Baker Street a distance of 155 feet; thence Easterly parallel to and 155 feet measured southerly at right angles from the center line of West Sixth Street to a point 98.46 feet Westerly of the West line of Olive Street; thence Southerly parallel to the center line of Olive Street to an intersection with the North line of Fourth Street; thence Eas~ erly along ~he North line of Fourth Street a distance of 2J8.4~ feet~ thence Northerly parallel to ~nd 120 feet measured Easterly at right angles from the center line of. Olive Street to a point 15S feet Southerly from the center line of West Sixth Street; thence Easterly parallel to and 155 feet measured Southerly at right angles from the center line of West Sixth Street to an intersection with the West line of Broadway; thence Northerly along the Uest line of Broadway a distance of 155 feet to the point of beginning. Notice is hereby given that serail bonds to represent unpaid assessments and bear interest at the r~te of seven per cent per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner pro- vided by the Improvement Bond Act of 1918, the last install- ment of which bonds shall mattu~e nine years from the second day of July next succeeding nine months from their date. Notice is hereby given that on Monday, the 18th day of September, 1922, at 7:30 o~clock p. M. of that day, in the council chamber of the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha, in the City Hall thereof, any and all persons havin~ any o~Jectio~s to the proposed work or improvement may appear before said Board of Trustees and show cause why said pro- posed improvement should not be carried out in accordsnce with this Resolution of Intention.
