The Clerk of the city of Santa Ana shall cause this Resolution of Intention to be published twice in the SANTA ANA DAILY EVENING REGISTER, a daily newspaper published and circulated in the City of Santa Ana, and which newspaper is hereby designated for that purpose. The Street Superintendent of the city of Santa Ana shall cause to be conspicuously posted along the line of said contemplated work and improvement,atno~mc~etl~n three hundred feet in distance apart, but not less than three in all, notices of the passage of this Resolution of Intention.~ The work being chargeable upon a district, copies of said notice shall also be posted along all of the open streets within such district, at not more than three hun- dred feet in distance apart, on each street. All of the posting must be fully completed at least ten days before the day of this Resolution of Intention set for hearing protests or objections. All of said notices shall be headed: NOTICE OF IMPP~0VEMENT in letters of not less than one inch in length, and shall in legible characters state the fact of the passage of this Eesolution of Intention, its date, and brief, ly describe the work and improvement proposed'and refer to this Resolution of Intention for further particulars. Said notice shall also contain a statement of the day, hour and place when and where any and'all persons having any objections to the proposed work or improvement, may appear before the Board of Trustees and show cause why the said ~oposed improvement should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution of Intention. And there shall also be inserted therein the following: 'm'Notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent unpaid assess- ments and bear interest at the rate of s~ven per cent. per annum will be issued hereunder in the~manner provided by the improvement bond act of 1918 the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine years from the second day of July next succeeding nine months from their date." All said notices shall be posted and shall contain and set forth in manner and fol~m the facts, things and matters required by law. All of the herein proposed work s~all be done in pursuance of an Act of the Legislature of the State of California, designated Improvement ^ct of 1911, approved April Vth, 1911, and all amendments thereto. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution of Intention was duly and regularly introduced before the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha at an adjourned regular meeting thereof held on the 28th day of August,
