(4) 'Ihe construction of a concrete curb on the curb lines along the easterly and westerly sides of North Bristol Street and where any street or alley inter- sects or ter~inates in North Bristol Street then the con- struction of concrete ret~rn c~rbs on each side of the intersecting or terminating street or alley back to the prooerty lines on the easterly ~nd westerly sides of North Bristol Street, exceptin~ where a curb or return curb already exists. The work and improve~ent which the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha intends to order done and made on and along So~th Bristol Street is briefly described as follows: (1) The regrading Of South Bristol Street to a subgrade six inches below the existing official grade on South Bristol Street except at the places thereon w~ere the grsde is proposed to be modified and changed, and at such places to s subgrade six inches below a grade on So~th Bristol Street which shall hereafter become and constitute the true official grade thereof when the present grade is modified and changed ss in this Resolution of intention set forth. (2) The paving of South Bristol Street by constructing on the subgrade of a concrete pavement six inches thick with a Belt finish wearing surface Complete to the existing officlsl grade where the grade is not to be modified or changed, and to the proposed grade where the existing official grade is to be modified and changed. (3) 'l~e Construction of a concrete curb on and along the c~rb line on the westerly side of that part of South Bristol Street described as "Portion (a)" said curb to extend from the Southerly curb line of West First Street to.a point 2652 feet so~tberly ~f the center line of West First Street, and where any street or part of a street or alley intersects or terminates in the westerly side of that portion of So~th Bristol Street above described as "Portion (a)" then on each side of~the intersecting street or alley the concrete curb s~all be returned to the. property line on the westerly side of South Bristol Street except where a concrete curb or concrete return c~rh already exists. (4) The construction of a Concrete curb on and along the curb line on the easterly side of South Bristol Street described as "Portion (a)" and "Portion (b)", said curb to extend from the southerly curb line of West First Street ~ ~outh to the South Boundary line of the city of Santa Aha, and where any street or part of a street or
