Commencln~ at the westerly side of the men- hole constructed on the center line of So~th Birstol Street at e point ~0 feet south of the center line of West First Street, and extending thence west to the west line of South Bristol Street. 2. - Conm~encing at the westerly side of the man- hole Constructed on the center line of South Bristol Street at a point 662.85 feet south of the center line of West First Street, and extending thence west to t~e west llne of South Bristol Otreet. 8. Commencing at the westerly side of the man- hole constructed on t?:e center line of South Bristol Street at s point 1987.?1 feet south of t~e center line of West First Street, ~nd extending thence west to the west line of South Bristol Street.
