Commencln~ at the westerly side of the men- <br />hole constructed on the center line of So~th Birstol Street <br /> <br />at e point ~0 feet south of the center line of West First <br />Street, and extending thence west to the west line of South <br />Bristol Street. <br /> <br /> 2. - Conm~encing at the westerly side of the man- <br /> <br />hole Constructed on the center line of South Bristol Street <br />at a point 662.85 feet south of the center line of West <br />First Street, and extending thence west to t~e west llne of <br />South Bristol Otreet. <br /> <br /> 8.
