All of said notices shall be headed: NOTICE OF IMPROVEMENT, in letters of not less than one inch in -- length, and shall in legible c~racters state the fact of the passage of this B~solution of Intention, its date, and briefly describe the wc~k andin~provement proposed and refer to this Resolution of Intention for further particu- lars. The said notice shall also contain a statement of t?e day, hour and olace where and where any and.all persons hav- ing any objections to the proposed work or improvement may appear before the Board of ~h~uetees and.show cause why the said proposed improvement should notbe carried out in accordance with this Besolution of Intention. And there shall also be inserted therein the follow- ing: "Notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent-- unpaid assessments, and bear interest at the rate of six per cent per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner provided by the improvement bond act of 1915, the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine years from the second day of July next succeeding nine months from their date." Ail said notices shall be~posted and shall contain and set forth in manner and fo~.the facts, things, ~ and matters required by law. Ail of the herein proposed work shall be done in pursuance of an Act of the Legislature of the State of California, designated Improvement Act of 1911, approved April ~th, 1911, and ail amendments thereto. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution of Intention was duly and regularly introducedbefore the Board-- of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana at a regular adjourned meeting thereof held on the 28th day of September, 1922, and passed by said Board of ~ustees by t~e vote of the following named members thereof: Ayes: Trustees J.W.X~Abbs, C.H.
