:IS? thereof, and which said district is bounded and described as follows: Located in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, specified as ~eginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 2, Block of Tract 139, according to a map recorded in Miscellaneous Map Book 11, page 36, Records of Orange County, California, said point of beginning being in the southerly line of Edgewood Road; thence Easterly along the Southerly boundary, line of Edgewood Road 180 feet to the center line of Sourgeon Street, thence continuing Easterly along the saidsouth line of Edgewood Road a distance of 180 feet; thence southerly ~rallel to the center line of Spurgeon Street to the South line of Santa Clara Avenue, thence Westerly along the South line of Santa Clara Avenue a distance of 360 feet; thence Northerly parallel to the center line of Spurgeon Street and along the center lines of Blocks "E" and "C" of said ~act No. 139, ~o the point of beginning. Notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments and bear interest at the .rate of six per cent.per annum will be issued hereunder inthe manner provided by the improvement bond act of 1915, the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine years from the second day of July next succeeding nine months from their~date. Notice is hereby given that on Monday, the 16th day of October, 1922, at V:30 o'clock p.m. of that day, at the council chamber of the Board of T~ustees of the city of Santa Ana, in the City Hall thereof, any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work or improvement may appear before said Board of Trustees and show cause why said proposed improvement should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution of Inten- tion. The Clerk of the City of Santa Ana shall cause this P~solution of Intention to be publishedtwice in the SANTA ANA DAIL~EVENING REGISTER, a daily newspaper published and circu- lated in the city of Santa Aha, and which newspaper is hereby designated for that purpose by the Board of T~ustees. The Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Aha shall cause to be conspicuously posted along the line of said Contemplatdd work and improvement, at not more than three hundred (300) feet in distance apart, but not less than three in all, notices of the passage of this Resolution of Intention. The work being chargeable upon a district, copies of said notice shall also be posted along all of the open streets within such district, at not more than three hundred (300) feet in distance apart on each street. Ail of the postingmust be fully completed at least ten (10) days before the day in this Resolution of Intention set for heal~ng protests or objec- tions.
