RESOLUTION OF INTENTION. <br /> No. B48. <br /> <br /> Resolved, that it is the intention of the <br /> <br /> Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana to order the <br /> work to be done and the improvement to be made hereinafter <br /> briefly described,on and along a portion of that open <br /> public street in the. City of Santa Ana commonly known as <br /> West Chestnut Avenue, and which portion thereof is described <br /> as beginning at the West line of South Flower Street and <br /> extending west to the east line of South Baker Street; also <br /> on and along a portlou of that open public street in the <br /> city of Santa Aha commonly known as West Myrtle Street, <br /> which portion therec~f is described as beginning at the West <br /> line of South Flower Street and extending west to the east <br /> line of South Sheltcn Street, and for the entire width of the <br /> described portions of West Chestnut Avenue and West Myrtle <br /> Street, from the Curbs now constructed on the north sides <br /> to the curbs now constructed on the south sides thereof, and <br /> where no curb ~sccnst~'ueted then to the north and south <br /> curb lines on the described portions of the said Chestnut <br /> Avenue and West Myrtle Street and where any street or part <br /> of a street co alley intersects or terminates in the described <br /> portion of West Chestnut or West Myrtle Street then beyond <br /> the curb or curb line to the property line on the north <br /> and mouth sides of the Avenue or Street. <br /> <br /> The use hereinafter of the words "West Chest- <br /> nut Avenue" memos the portion of that open public street <br /> above described. <br /> <br /> The use hereinafterof the words "West Myrtle <br /> Street" means the portion of that epen public stree~ <br /> above described. <br /> <br /> The work and improvement which the Board of <br /> Trustees of the city of Santa Ana intends to order done <br /> and mede on West Chestnut Avenue is briefly described as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> (a) The regrading c.f West Chestnut to a subg~ade <br /> <br />five inches below the official grade therof. <br /> <br /> (b) The excavation in West Chestnut Avenue of <br /> <br />nineteen (19) lateral house connection sewer trenches <br />approximately five feet deep, one trench to be opposite <br />each lot,piece or parcel of land fronting on the Avenue <br />where a lateral house connection sewer does not already <br />exist, said sewer trenches to extend northerly or south- <br />erly as the case may be from the main sewer pipeline now <br />constructed andexistlng in and along approximately the <br />center line of West Chestnut Avenue to and inside of the <br /> <br />curb now constructed or to be constructed on the neath and <br /> <br /> <br />
