south sides of the Avenue; the laying in each of said <br /> sewer ~renches of a fott~inchinside diameter vitrified <br /> salt glaze~ cylindrical lateral house connecti~n.o~w~r p~p~ <br /> connected with and extending.from ~he main sewer pipe- <br /> line to and inside of said curb, the backfilling of the <br /> sewer trenches to a true and solid surface on the subgrade. <br /> <br /> (c) The construe.rich of a concrete curb on and <br /> along the curb lines on the north and south sides of West <br /> Chestnut Avenue where a concrete curb is not already <br /> constructed, and wherever a street,part of street, or <br /> alley intersects or terminates in the Avenue then the <br /> construction on ~he easterly and westerly sides of the <br /> intersecting or terminatinw street or alley of concrete <br /> return curbs to the prmperty lines on West Chestnut Avenue, <br /> except where a concrete retturn curb is already constructed. <br /> <br /> (d), The paving of West Chestnut Avenue by construct- <br /> lng on the sub-grade a concrete ~avement five inches thick <br /> with belt-finish wearing sumface complete to the official <br /> grade. <br /> <br /> The work and improvement which the Board of <br /> Trustees of the City ef Santa Aha intends to order done <br /> and made on West M~-~tle Street is briefly described as <br /> follows:- <br /> <br /> ~e) The regrading of West Myrtle Street to a <br /> subgrade five inches below the official grade thereof. <br /> <br /> (f) The excavation in West Myrtle Street of <br /> <br />eight (8) lateral house connection~aewer trenches approx- <br />imately five fee~ deep, one trench to be opposite each <br />lot, piece or parcel of land fronting on West Myrtle <br />Street where a lateral house connection sewer does not <br />already exist, said sewer trenches to extend northerly <br />or southerly as the case may be from the main sewer <br />pipeline now constructed and existing in and along approx- <br />imately the center line of West My~le Street to and inside <br />of the curb now constl'ucted or to be constructed on the <br />north and south sides of the Street; the laying in each <br />of maid sewer trenches of a four inch inside diameter <br />vitrified salt glazed cylindrieallateral house connection <br />sewer pipe, connected with and extending from the main <br />sewer pipeline to and inside of said curb, the backfilling <br />of the sewer trenches ~o a true and solid surface on <br />the subgrade. <br /> <br /> (g) The construction of a concrete curb on an~ <br /> <br />along the curb lines on the north and south sides of <br />West M~tle Street wherea concrete curb is not already <br />constructed, and wherever a street, psmt of street, or <br />alley intersects or terminates in the Street then the <br />construction on the easterly and westerly sides of the <br />intersecting or terminating street or alley of concrete <br /> <br /> <br />
