(~h} The paving of West M~rrtle Street by con- structing on the subgrade a concrete pavement five inches thich with belt-finish wearing surface complete to the official grade. Excepting from the work above described any of said work already done upon West Chestnut Avenueand West Myrtle Street to the official grade. Excepting,however, from all of the afore- said described work the portion thereof within any area which is required by law to be kept in order and repair by any person or company having railroad tracks on West Chestnut Avenue and West Myrtle Street. Ail of sai~ work shall be done in accordance with the plans and spceificationa adopted therefor by the Noard of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana by Resolution No. 889, passed on the 2Sth day of September, 1922, and which plans and specifications are now on file in the office of the Clerk of the city of Santa Ana, and which plans and specifications are hereby specifically referred to. The contemplated work and improvement on West Chestnut Avenue and West Myrtle Street in the opinion of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana is of more than local or ordinary publicbenefit, and the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana hereby make the expenses of such work and improvement chargeable upon a district, which district said Board of Trustees ~ereby declares to be the district benefited by said work and improvement, and to be assessed to pay the costs and ex- penses thereof, and which district is located in the City of Santa Ana,County of Orange,State of California, The exterior bounderies of which are described and specified as follows:- Beginning at the point cf intersection of the center line of West Chestnut Avenue with the East line of South Baker Street;thence Northerly along the east line of said South Baker Street a distance of 16S feet; thence Easterly parallel to and 16§ feet measured at right angles , from the centerline of said West Chestnut Avenue to the West line of SouthFlower Street; thence Southerly along the West line of said South Flower Street, a distance of 6S2.2 feet to a point in the said West line of South Flower Street ISA feet Southerly from the inter- section of the center line of West Ny~le Street with the said West line of South Flower Street; thence Westerly parallel to and ISA feet, measured at right angles, from
