22t or objections and to pass upon the same, and each and all of said protests or objections having been heard and duly considered, It is hereby resolved by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha that each and all of the said protests and objections against the work or improvement to be made and against the extent of the district to be assessed to pay the expenses thereof,be and the same are hereby ove~aled and denied. A Hesolution, determining unpaid assessments for t~:e work done and improvement made upon a portion of North Flower ~treet, West First Street, and South Flower Street, and the aggregate amount thereof, directing bonds to be issued upon the security of the un~ id assessments, prescribing the denominations of said bonds providing for the issuance of the same in annual series. Whereas, a warrant and assessment, dated the llth day of Au- gust, 1922, was i sued for the work done and improvement made upon a portion of North Flower Street, West Ftz~st Street, and upon South Flower Street, open public streets in the city of Santa Ana for work and improvement, is briefly described in Resolution of Intention No. ~6 of said City, passed the 1Vth day of October, 1921, and ordered done and made by Resolution No. 744, passed on the 14th day of November, 1921, and was done and made by 'i'. W. Oglesby, under contract awarded to him on the 13th day of December, 1921, and, Whereas, on the 2nd day of October, 1922, being after the full expiration of thirty days from the date of the warrant sad the said warrant being returned and recorded by the Street Superintendent of the city of Santa Aha and after said return was recorded, the Street Superintendent made up and filed w;th the Clerk of the City of Santa Aha as the Clerk of the Board of Trustees thereof a complete list of all un~aid assessments upon the assessment and said Clerk thereupon gave notice of t~e filing of said llst and t~at 7:30 P. ~. of Monday, the 16th day of
