October, 1922, at t}:e Council Chamber of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha was the time therein fixed by him when interested persons might e~pear before the City Council and show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of the unrafd assessments shown on said llst by posting said notices conspicuously near the Council ~smber door of the City of Santa Ana on the 4th day of October, 1922, and said notice remained there posted until the hour of hearin~ there noticed and by publishing the notice twice in Santa Evening Register, a newspaper published in the City of Santa Ana, to-wit: On the 5th and 6th days of October, 1922. oosting and first publishing of which notice was more than five full days before the time therein fixed for such hearing and further by mailing said notice, postage prepaid, to the owner of each lot listed according to the name and address arresting on the last e$~alized assessment roll for city taxes of the City of Santa Aha prior thereto, end. Whereas, the Board of Trustees of Santa Aha w~s in session and duly convened at the time and the place in Zhe said notice specified and proceeded to hehr ~ny objections oresented and no interested or other person appearing to s?ow cause or did show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of th~ unpaid assessments or objected thereto.
