instm lment of which bonds shall mature nine years from the <br /> second day of July next sucCeeding nine ~nonths from their date.~-~ <br /> Notice is hereby given that on Monday, the 4th day of <br /> December, 1922, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. of that day, in the <br /> council chamber of the Board of'~Trustees of the city of Santa <br /> <br /> objections to t?e proposed work or improvement may appear be- <br /> ~re said Board of Trustees and show cause why said improvement <br /> should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution <br /> of Intention. <br /> <br /> The Clerk of the city of Santa Ana shall cause this <br /> Resolution of Intention to be published twice in the SANTA ANA <br /> DLILY EVENING REGISTER, a daily newspaper published and circu- <br /> lat-d in the city of Santa Ana, and which newspaper is hereby <br /> designated for that pUrpose by the Board of Trustees. <br /> <br /> Street Superintendent of the city of Santa Ana <br /> <br /> shall cause to be conspicuously posted along the line of said <br /> <br />'contemplated work and improvement, at not more than three hun- <br /> dred (300) feet in distance apart, but. not less than three in <br /> all, notices o~ the passage of this Resolution of Intention. <br /> <br /> The work being chargeab~ upon a district, copies of <br /> <br /> said notice shall also be posted along all of the open streets <br /> within such. district, at not more than three h~ndred feet in <br /> distance apart on each street. All of the posting must be <br /> fully completed at least ten (lC) days before the ~ay ~u <br /> this Resolution of Intention set'for hearing.protests or <br /> objections. <br /> <br /> All of said notices shall he headed - NOTICE OF IMHROVE~ <br /> ~ENT - in letters of not less than one inch in length, and <br /> shall in legible characters state the fact of the passage of <br /> this Resolution of Intention, its date, and briefly describe <br /> the work and improvement proposed and refer to this Resolution <br /> of Intention for further particulars. <br /> <br /> '±~e said notice shall also contain a statemen~ of the <br /> <br /> day, hour, and place w~en and where any and all p~rsons having <br /> any objections to the proposed work or improvement, may aDpear <br /> before the Board of Trustees and show cause why the said <br /> proposed improvement shcul~ not be carried out in accordance <br /> with this Resolution of Intention.
