27,3 <br /> <br /> curb now constructed and existing on East Walnut Street, <br /> <br /> or to be constructed pursuant to this Resolution of Intention <br /> <br /> 'l'he laying in each of said sewer trenches of a fou~ inc <br />inside diameter vitrified salt glazed cylindrical lateral <br />house connection sewer pipe connected with the main sewer <br />pi~eline and extending to and inside of said curbs, and the <br />backfilling and settling of each of said sewer trenches to a <br />true and solid surface on the subgrade. <br /> <br /> Excepting from the work above described any of said <br />work already done upon East Walnut Street to the official <br />grade. <br /> <br /> Excepting, however, from all of the aforesaid descrlbe~ <br />work the portion thereof within any area which is required <br />by law to be kept in order and repair by any person or com- <br />pany having railroad tracks on East Walnut Street. <br /> <br /> All of said work shall be done in accordance with the <br />plans and specifications adopted therefor by the Board of <br />Trustees of the city of Santa Ana by Resolution No. 872 on <br />the 6th day of November, 1~22, and which plans and <br />specifications are now on file in tl%e office of the Clerk of <br />the city of Santa Ana and which plans and. specifications <br />are hereby specifically referred to. <br /> <br /> The contemplated work and improvement on East Walnut <br />Street in the opinion of the Board of Trustees of the city of <br />Santa Ana is of more than local or ordinary public benefit <br />and the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha hereby <br />makes the expenses of such work and improvement chargeable <br />upon a district, which district said Board of Trustees <br />hereby declares to be the district benefited by said work <br />and improvement and to be assessed to pay the costs and <br />expenses thereof, and which district is bounded and describe, <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> Located in the city of Santa Ana, County of Orange, <br />State of California, and beginning at the point of inter- <br />section of the center line of East W~nut Street with the <br />West line of Cedar Street; thence Southerly ~long the West <br />line of Cedar Street, a distance of lV9.50 feet; thence <br />Westerly parallel to the center line of East Walnut Street <br />a distance of 579.70 feet; thence Northerly parallel to the <br />center llne of Hslladay Street a distance of Z62.00 feet: <br />thence Easterly parallel to the center line of East Walnut <br />Street a distance of 5V9.70 feet ta the west line of Cedar <br />Street; thence southerly alongthe west line of Gedsr Street <br />a distance of 182.50 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent <br />unpaid assessments and bear interest at the rate of six <br />pe~ cent per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner <br />provided by the .mprovement Bond Act of 1915, the last <br /> <br /> <br />
