276 RESOLUTION NO. 8V5 A t~ESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF m ~ ~H_J CITY· OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ITS INTE.~]TION TO VACATE A PORTION OF MAPLE STREET AND A PORTION OF ADJACENT ALLEY. The Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha, California, do resolve and declare as follows: Section 1. Resolved that the public interest convenience requires ahd it is the intention of the Trustees to vacate all that portion of Maple Street of the Pacific Electric right of way between Chestnut Avenue on the North and CamiIe Street on the South; also that portion of alley lying adjacent to and South of Block "C" of Walnut Grove Tract as the same appears of record, all in Book 8, page 33, Orange County ~aps. Section ~. 'That sa%d Board does further declare that lots, lands, or premises effected by this vacation and to pay the expenses thereof, are those certain pieces or parcels of real property located and situated within the exterior boundaries of the following lines, to-wit: Co~encing at the ~est line of the PaclfLc Electric right of way with its intersection of the South llne of Chestnut Avenue, extending East along said South llne of Chestnut Avenue to the west line of Oak Street: thence South along the West line of Oak Street to the North llne of East Myntle Street produced; thence West along said No~h line of East ~yrtle Street produced to th~ West llne of the Pacific Electric right of w · ay. thence North along the West line of said Pacific Electric right of way to the South line of Chestnut Avenue, the point of beginning. Section 3. Any person interested or effected thereby or objecting to said work or vacation, or the eXten~ of the district benefitted thereby and to be assessed to pay the cost thereof, or said portion of said street or said portion of said alley or either or any portion thereof or the manner in which the same is being done may make written objections to same on or before the 6th day of December, 19~, and f~le the same with the Clerk of this Board. Section 4. The Street Superintendent shall cause to be conspicuously posted along the line of said contemplated work and improvement at not more than 300 feet in distance apart notices of the passage of this nesolutlon in the manner and form provided by law and referring to the n~mber of said Resol~tlon and shall fur~er cause a similar notice to be~ published for at least ten (10) days in the Santa Aha Daily Evening Register, a dail~ newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in said city and which is by the Board of Trustees hereby designated for that purpose, in which the Superintendent of Streets shall publish s~ d notice of and public Board of lying East
