277' <br /> <br />the ~assage of this ~esotution. <br /> <br /> All the herein proposed work to be done is in pursuance of <br />an act of the lesgflature of the State of California entitled "An <br />Act to proVide for laying out, opening, extending, widening, <br />straightening, or closing up in whole or in part a~ street, <br />square, lane, court or place within the municipalities and to <br />condemn and acquire any and all land and property necessary and <br />convenient for that purpose;" approved March 6th, 1889, and the <br />several acts amendatory thereof or supplemental thereto. <br /> <br />The foregoing Resolution was passed, adopted and approved <br />on the 13th day of November, 1922, by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> ~ ~es: .... <br /> ~ Trustees~: J.'~.Tubbs, H.H.D~le, ~.L.Greenieaf, <br /> <br /> John G.
