278 RESOLUTION ORDERING WORK ¥~ez. eas, the Board of Trustees of t~e city of Santa Ana. on the 1st day of November, 1922, passed its Resolution of which affidavit was filed in the office of the city of Santa Ana, on the 4th day of N - o~ember, on file therein; and Intention No. 869 to order the hereinafter described work to beck-1 done and improvement to be made in said city, which Resol~tlon of Intention was duly and legally published twice in SANTA ANA DAILY EVE~iING REGISTER, a daily news!~aper published a~d circu- lated in the city of Santa Ana, all ss required by law, and appears from the a ffidavlt of T. C. ~.~cDonour, Principal Clerk of the printers and publishers of said daily newsra~er, a'nd Clerk of the 1922, and now Whereas, after the passage and adoption of said Resolutlon[ ~ of Intention the Street Superintendent of the city of Santa Aha conspicuously posted alon~ the llne of the contemplated work and improvement, at not more than 300 ft. in distance apart, and 8~ in all, notices of the passage of Resolution of Tntention No. 869, and headed - NOT!~E OF It~ioVE~.fENT - in manner, form and substance as provided by law, and the work being chargeable upon a district also conspicuously posted copies of said ~ notice along all of the open streets within s~ch dlstric~, not more than 300 ft. in distance spar~ on ~ach street, and did post on each street 5 notices, and on all said streets, 924 notices, and post=d in all 991 notices; and Whereas, the ~ otreet Suoerintendent of the city of Santa Ana commenced to post the said aotices on the 0th day of November, 1922, and f~lly completed the posting thereof on said 9th day of November, 1922, more than 'ten days before the day set for hesr~mg protests or objections to the proposed work and improvement, all as appears by the affidavit of Edw .... Dahl, Street Superintendent of ~he city of Santa Ana, filed in the office of the Clerk thereof on the 10th day of November, 1922, and now on file therein; and V.~ereas, the Board of Trustees of the city of Banta Aha was duly in regular session at the council chamber, in the City Hall thereof, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock p.m. of Monday~ the 20th day of Nove~foer, 1922, being the day, hour and place notice of which was contained in the Resolution of Intention and Notice of Improvement, w~en and ~here any and all persons havfng any objections to the proposed work or improvement might appear before the Board of Trustees and show cause why said proposed improvement shm~ld not be carried out ~n ~C2~o~e with said Resolution of Intention; and :~- ~ :r of property liable' to be assessed for said work or any other person having made or delivered to the Clerk
