30 RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. Resolved, that it is t]~e intention of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha to order the work to be done and improvement to be made, hereinafter briefly de- scribed, on and along a portion~ of that ooen public street in said City commonly known as West Pine Street, which portion thereof is described as extending westerly from the west line of South Flower Street to the east line of .... South Baker Street, and for the entire width of the described portion of West Pine Street, from the curb on the north side to the Curb on the south side thereof, and where no curb exists then f~m the curb line on the north side to the curb line on the ~uth side of West Pine Street, and where any street or alley intersects or terminates in West Pine Street, then beyond the curb line and across the sidewalk reservation to the north and south property lines thereof. The use hereinafter of the words or phrase "West Pine Street" means and shall at all times be construed to mean the Dortion of that open ~ublic s~reet above described. The work and improvement which the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana intends to order done and made on and along We~t Pine Street is briefly described ss follows: (1) The regrading of ~est Pine Street to a sub- grade five (5) inches below the official grade on West Pine Street as now established. (2) The pavement of West Pine Street by the con- struction on the sub-grade of a concrete pavement five (5) inches thick completed with a belt fiDish wearing surface to the official grade. (~) The excavation of twenty-three (25) lateral house connection sewer trenches, approximately six (6) feet deep, one trench to be opposite each lot, piece, or ~arcel of land fronting on West Pine Street, exceot where a lateral house connection sewer already exists, each trench to ex- tend northerly or southerly, as the case may be, from the main sewer pipeline now constructed and existinm in and approximately along the center line of West Pine Street, to ~ ~ and flush with the inside of the curb now constructed on ~est Pine Street, and where no curb is constructed, t~en to and inside of the curb line; the laying in each of said sewer trenches of a lateral house Connection sewer, con- structed of four (4) inch inside diameter vitrified s~t glazed cylindrical sewer pipe, connected with the main sewer pipeline and extending from said main sewer piDellne' to and flush with t~e inside of said curb or curb line, and
