Excepting from the work above described, any of said work already done upon ~est Pine Street to the official grad~. Excepting, however, from all of the aforesaid de- 'scribed work, the portion thereof within any area which is required by law to be kept in repair by any person or com- pany having railroad tracks on West Pine Street.
