day, in the council chamber of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, any a~d ~ 1 persons having any objections to the proposed work or improvement may appear before the Board of Trustees of the City of ~anta Ana and show cause why said proposed improvement should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution of Intention. 'lhe Clerk of the City of Santa Aha shall cause this Resolution of Intentiont o be published twice in SANTA ANA DAILY EVENING REGISTER, a daily newspaper pub- l!shed and circulated in the City of Santa Ana, and which newspaper is hereby designated by said Board of Trustees for that purpose. %~e Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Ana sh~l cause to be conspicuously posted along the line of said contemplated work and improvement at not more than 300 feet in distance apart, but not less than three in all, notices of the passage Of this ~esolution of Intention. The work being chargeable upon a district, copies of said notice shall also be posted along all of the open streets within such district, at not more than 300 feet in distance apart, on each street. All of the posting must be fully completed at ]east ten days before the day in this Resolution of Intention set for hearing protests or objections. Ail of said notices shall be headed: NOTICE OF IMPROVEMENT in letters of not less than one inch in length, and shall in legible characters state t~e fact of the passage of this Resolution of Intention, its date, and briefly describe the work and improvement pro- posed, and refer to this Resolution of Intention for further particulars; said notice s~all also contain a statement of the day, hour and ~lace when and where any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work or improvement may appear before the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha, and show cause why the said proposed improvement sho,~td not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution of Intention, and there shall also be inserted therein the following: "Notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments, and bear interest at the rate of seven per cent per ~nnum, will be issued here- under in the manner provided by the Improvement Bond Act of 1915. the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine years from the second day of July next succeeding nine ~onths from their date."
