Notice is hereby given that on Monday, the 3rd day <br /> <br />of Amril, 1922, at V:30 o~clock P. M. of that day, in the <br />council chamber of the Board of Trustees of the City of <br />Santa Aha, any and ~ 1 persons having any objections to <br />the proposed work or improvement ~ay appear before said <br />Board of Trustees and show cause why said mronosed improvea <br />merit should'not be carried o~t in accordance with this <br />Resolution of Intention. <br /> <br /> The Clerk of the City of Santa Aha ~hall cause t]nis <br />Resolution of Intention to be published twice in the SANTA <br />ANA DAILY E~ENING REGIbTER, a d~ly newspaper published <br />and circulated in the City of S~ta Aha, and which news- <br />paper is hereby designated for that purpose. <br /> <br /> The Street Superintendent of the city of Santa Aha <br /> <br />shall cause to be conspicuously posted along the line of <br />said contemplated work and improvement, at not more than <br />three'hundred (300) feet in dfstance smart, but not less <br />than there in all, notices of the passage of this aesolution <br />of Intention. <br /> <br /> The work bein~ chargeable upon a district, comics <br /> <br />of said notice shall also be posted alon~ all of the omen <br />streets within such district, at not more than three hun- <br />dred (300) feet in distance apart on each street. Ail of <br />the posting must be fully completSd at least ten (10) <br />days before the day in this Resolution of Intention set <br />for hearing protests or objections. <br /> <br /> Ail of said notices shall be headed: NOTICE OF <br />I~Ph0VE~I~T i~ letters of not less than one inch in length, <br />and shall in legible characters state the f~ct of the <br />passage of this Resolution of Intention, its dnte, and <br />briefly describe the work and improvement proposed and <br />refer to t~is ~%esolution of Intention for furtl~r particu- <br />lars. <br /> <br /> Said notice shall also contain a statement of the <br /> <br />day, hour and nlace when and where any and all persons <br />having any objections to the proposed work or.imDrovement, <br />may aDpear before the Board of Trustees and show cause <br />why the said ~roposed improvement should not be carried <br />out in accordance with this Resolution of Intention. <br />And there shall also be inserted therein t~e following: <br /> <br /> "Notice is hereby given that serial bonds to <br /> <br />represent un~aid assessments, ~nd bear ink, crest at the <br />rate of V Der cent per annttm, will be issued hereunder <br />in the manner provided by the improvement bon~ act of 1915, <br />the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine years <br />from the second day of July next succeeding nine months <br />from t~eir date." <br /> <br /> <br />
