Notice is hereby given that on Monday, the 3rd day of Amril, 1922, at V:30 o~clock P. M. of that day, in the council chamber of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, any and ~ 1 persons having any objections to the proposed work or improvement ~ay appear before said Board of Trustees and show cause why said mronosed improvea merit should'not be carried o~t in accordance with this Resolution of Intention. The Clerk of the City of Santa Aha ~hall cause t]nis Resolution of Intention to be published twice in the SANTA ANA DAILY E~ENING REGIbTER, a d~ly newspaper published and circulated in the City of S~ta Aha, and which news- paper is hereby designated for that purpose. The Street Superintendent of the city of Santa Aha shall cause to be conspicuously posted along the line of said contemplated work and improvement, at not more than three'hundred (300) feet in dfstance smart, but not less than there in all, notices of the passage of this aesolution of Intention. The work bein~ chargeable upon a district, comics of said notice shall also be posted alon~ all of the omen streets within such district, at not more than three hun- dred (300) feet in distance apart on each street. Ail of the posting must be fully completSd at least ten (10) days before the day in this Resolution of Intention set for hearing protests or objections. Ail of said notices shall be headed: NOTICE OF I~Ph0VE~I~T i~ letters of not less than one inch in length, and shall in legible characters state the f~ct of the passage of this Resolution of Intention, its dnte, and briefly describe the work and improvement proposed and refer to t~is ~%esolution of Intention for furtl~r particu- lars. Said notice shall also contain a statement of the day, hour and nlace when and where any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work or.imDrovement, may aDpear before the Board of Trustees and show cause why the said ~roposed improvement should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution of Intention. And there shall also be inserted therein t~e following: "Notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent un~aid assessments, ~nd bear ink, crest at the rate of V Der cent per annttm, will be issued hereunder in the manner provided by the improvement bon~ act of 1915, the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine years from the second day of July next succeeding nine months from t~eir date."
