Whereas, a portion of that certain lot, piece or parcel of land belonging to ~anta Ana Righ School District of Orange County, California, a public cor~oration of Orange County, California, described as: Co}~mencfng at a Doint on the North li~e of Camlle Street 24.04 feet ~ast and 30 feet North of the intersection of the center line of Camile Street w~th the ~ntersect~on of the Northerly extended center line of Van Ness Avenue; running thence West along the North line of Camile Street J38.~6 f~e% to the East line of Parton Jtreet; thence North along the East line of Patton Street 1261.40 feet to the So~]th line of Walnut Street; thence East alon~ the bouth line of Walnut Street $3~.50 feet, and thence South 1261.40 feet, more or less, to t~e point of beginning; and which is occupied by the grounds and buildings of Polytechnic High School, and now used in the performance of a public f~nction, is included within t]~e distr~ct aforesaid, the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana hereby declares that said land shall be included within the said assessment, and the assessment therefor, so far os the ~avin~ is Con- cerned, shall be paid by the City of Santa ~na out of that certain fund thereof known as School I~provement Bond Fund, as to all other parts of the work to be done and improve- merit to be made, the assessment therefor shall be paid by the city of Santa Aha out of the General Fund. Notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments, and ~ar interest at tl]e rate of V per cent. per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner pro- vided by the improvement Bond Act of lQ15, the last in- stallment of which bonds shall mature nine years fro~~ the 2nd day of July next succeeding nine months from their d~te.
