now constructed and existing on South Bristol Street: thence west and southwesterly to the above mentioned junction place at or near the termini of Delhi Road in 01d Newport Road, a. distance of approximately 8400 feet; thence southwesterly from the junction place to a point at or in the immediate vicinity of the east quarter corner of Section 32, Township 0 South, Range l0 ~est, S.B.B. & ~., a distance of approximately 13,400 feet, also the acqul- siti~n of approximately 2600 feet of 12 inch internal diameter cewer pipe, 8400 feet of 24 inch internal diameter sewer pie , 10,600 feet of 20 inch internal diameter sewer pi~e, 13,400 feet of 27 inch internal diameter sewer pioe, and the necessary equipment and material with which to con- struct and the construction on the rights of way of suffi- cient and adequate main sewer pipelines with proper man- holes, outlets and appliances for the transmission of sewage, in order to carry out t~e objects, purposes and powers of the city of Santa Ana, and the cost thereof, being the sum of $149,000.00, is and will be too great to be paid out of the ordinary annual income and revenue of the city of Santa Ana. (The use hereinafter in this Resolution of the words "main sewer pipelines" me~ns and shall at all times be construed to mean the municipal improvement described in Section 4 of this Resolution.) Section 8. The bonds of the city of Santa Aha shall be issued and sold in the sum of ~i.149,000.00 which is the principal of the indebtedness to be incurred by the city of ianta Aha for the pay~nent of the cost of said main sewer piDe- lines. The sum of ~]~149,000.00 shall be represented by 149 bonds, each in the denomination of $1,000.00 and shall be numbered consecutively from 1 to 149, both inclusive, all of the 149 bonds shall be dated the 1st day of May, 1922, and shall be paid as follows: On the 1st day of May, 1923, five of said bonds, being Bonds No. i to 5, both inclusive, shall be paid, and annually thereafter, on the 1st day of May, five additional of said bonds in successive n~mmerical order shall be paid to and including the 1st day of May, 1931, and annually thereafter, on the 1st day of May four additional of said bonds, in successive numerical order, shall be paid, until all of said bonds, both principal and interest, shall have been well and truly paid, being an annua% payment of not less than one-fortieth part.of the principal of said indebtedness.
