VV3. <br /> <br />A RE~OLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, <br />CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE PORTIONS OF CER- <br />TAIN STREETS AND SEWER LINE. <br /> <br /> The Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana, Cali- <br />fornia, do resolve and declare as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Rem lved that the public interest and pub- <br /> <br />lic convenience requires and it is the intention of the said <br /> <br />Board of Trustees to order the vacation of nortions of the follow- <br />ing streets and sewer lines as follows: <br /> <br /> Parcel One (1) To vacate that portion of French Street <br />as shown on a mae of "Carey R. Smith's Addition to the Town of <br />Santa Aha" recorded in Book 26, Page 9, of ~iscellaneous Records <br />of Los Angeles County, California, the same being a portion of <br />Spurgeon Street also known as French Street, more particularly <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point in the north line of Lot Seven (V) <br />of Spurgeon Street Tract as per map recorded in ~tscellaneous <br />Map-Dook 6, Page 83, Records of Orange C'ounty, California, said <br />point being described on said map as "Found old 2" x 2", Redwood <br />Stake on N.W. corner of Block B, Carey R. Smith's Addition": thene. <br />westerly along the north line of Lot Seven (V) produced across <br />said French Street, a distance of 4V.6 feet to a point 24.45 feet <br />easterly from easterly line of Snurgeon Street as shown on said <br />map of Spurgeon Street Tract: thence southerly along lot-line of <br />said Lot Seven (V), a distance of 21.88 feet: thence easterly <br />along lot-line of said Lot Seven (V) a distance of 4V.6 feet; <br />thence northerly along lot line of said Lot Seven (V) a dlst~fnce <br />of 21.V4 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> Parcel Two (8) A portion of Spurgeon Street also known <br />as French Street in the city of Santa Ana, Orange County, <br /> <br /> <br />
