Smith's AddiSon; thence northerly along lot line of Lot Eleven (11) of Mary Sheffer's Addition as per map ~ecorded in Book 30, Page 4V of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California, a distance of 41 feet to corner of said Lot Eleven (11); thence westerly along lot line of said Lot Eleven (11) a distance of V2 feet to the east line of Spurgeon Street; thence southerly along the east line of said. S~ur~eon Street, a distarce of 40.5 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot Seven (V) of the said Spurgeon Street Tract; thence Easterly along 6he North line of Lot Seven (7) and the said North line prodnced V~.05 feet to the point of beginning. bectton 2.
