RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. NO. VVVo Resolved, that the Dlans and specifications for the work to be done and improvement to be made in the city of Santa Aha prepared and furnished by the City Engineer of said city as required by the Board of Trustees thereof, on and along a portion of that open public street in said city, commonly known as East Seventeenth Street, and which portion Zhereof is described as.commencing at and extending from the west line of Santiago Street produced from the south northerly across East Seventeenth Street west to the east line of North Main Street; also On and along a portion of that 5pen public street in said city, commonly known as West Seventeenth Street, and which portion thereof is described as commencing at and extending westerly from the west line of North Main Street to the center line of North Ross Street, produced north across West Seven- teenth Street, and tbe entire width of the described portion of East Seventeenth Street and West Seventeenth Street, from the curb constructed on the northerly side thereof to the curb con- structed on the southerly side thereof, and where no curb is constructed then to the northerly and southerly curb lines, existing on the described portions of East Seventeenth Street and West Seventeenth Street, and wherever any street or alley intersects or terminates in the described portion of either East Seventeenth Street or West Seventeenth Street then beyond the curb line and across, the sidewalk reservation to the northerly and southerly property lines on the described portion of the street where ~uch intersecting street or alley exists. The work and improvement on the described portion of East Seventeenth Street to be as follows: (a) The regrading of East Seventeenth Street to a subgrade six inches below the official grade on East Seventeenth Street as now established. (b) The excavation in East Seventeenth Street of eight (8) lateral house connection sewer trenches, approximately five feet deep, one trench to be opposite each lot, piece or parcel of land fronting on East Seventeenth Street, except where a lateral house connection sewer already exists. Each trench to extend northerly and so~therly ss the csse may be from the main sewer pipeline now constructed and existing along approximately the center line of East Seventeenth Street to the inside of the curb now constructed or the curb to be constructed pursuant to this Resolution of Intention.
