(c) The construction of a concrete curb along the north and south sides of East Seventeenth Street, and where a street or alley intersects or terminate~ in East Seventeenth Street then the constr~ct~on of return con- crete curb on each side of the intersecting or terminating street or alley to the property line on the north and south sides of East Seventeenth Street. (d) The pavement of East Seventeenth Street by the construction on the subgrade of a concrete pavement six inches thick with a belt finish wearing surface and com- plete to the official grade. The work and improvement on the described portion of West Seventeenth Street to be as follows: (a) The regradfng of West Seventeenth Street to a subgrade six inches below the official grade on West Seventeenth Street as now established. (b) The excavation in West Seventeenth Street of seventeen (lV) lateral house connection sewer trenches, approximately five feet deep, one trench to be opposite each lot, piece or parcel of land fronting on ~m. est Seven- teenth Street, except where a lateral house connection sewer already exists. Each trench to extend northerly and southerly, as the case may be, from the main sewer pipe- line to be constructed along approximately the center line of West geventeenth Street pursuant to t~is resolution of intention to the inside of the curb now constructed or to be constructed pursuant hereto. The laying. In each of said trenches of a lateral house connection sewer constructed of ~-inch inside diameter vitrified salt glazed cylindrical sewer pipe, connected with the said main sewer pipeline.and extending from said main sewer pipeline to and inside of said curb, and the backfilling and settling of each of said sewer trenches to a true and solid surface on the subgrade.
