All of the said work shall be done in accordance with the plans and specifications adopted therefor by the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha, by Resolution No. 7VV on the 24th day of April, 1922, for said work, and which plans and specifications are now on file in t~e office of the Clerk of the city of Santa Aha, and which plans and specifications are hereby specifically referred to. The contemplated work and improvement on East Seven- teenth Street and West Seventeenth Street in the opinion of the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha is of more than'~ local or ordinary public benefit and the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha hereby makes the expenses of s~ch work and improvement chargeable upon a district, which district said Board of Trustees hereby declares to be t~e district benefited by said work and improvement, and to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses thereof, and which district is located in the city of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, the exterior boundaries thereof being desc~bed and specified as follows: Beginning at the ooint of ~ntersection of the northerly extended center line of North Ross Street with the Center llne of West Seventeenth Street, being the Section line between Sections 1 and 12, Township 5 South, ' Range 10 West, S.B.B.& M. thence northerly along the center llne of sai~ North Ross Street extended northerly 316.00 feet to a potnt~ thence easterly oarallel to tbs center line of West Seventeenth Street to a point in the center line of Eucalyptus Streetl thence southerly alonw the center line of ~calypvus Street 15V.50 feet to the intersec~on with the westerly '-] · extended center line of the± certain ]5 foot al)ey running east and west t~rough Block "F",.of Goeppers Addition, re- corded in Miscellaneous Map Book No. 28, pa~e 1~.
