(d) The excavation for the constr~ction of a con- crete syphon flush tank on the center line of West ~eventeenth Street at a point 183.10 feet west of the center line of North Main Street~ the excavation of a main sewer trench approximately five feet deep and extending from said f~sb tank west along the center llne of West Seventeenth btreet a distance of 450 feet to a manhole now constructed at the poimt of intersection of the center line of West Seventeenth Street by the center line of North Broadway. The construction in said sewer trench of a six inch inside diameter vitrified salt glazed cylindrical main sewer Connecting the above mentioned flush tank to be constructed and said marfiaole. The sewer trench to be backfilled and settled to a true and solid surface on the subgrade. (e) 'i~e pavement of West Seventeenth Street by the construction on the subgrade of a concrete pavement six inches thick with a belt finish wearing surface and complete to the official grade. Excepting from the work above described any of said work already done upon East Seventeenth Street and West Seven- teenth Street to the official grade. Excepting, however, from all of the aforesaid described work the ~ortion thereof within any area which is required by law to be kept in order and repair by any person or company having railroad ~racks on East Seventeenth Street mud West Seventeenth Street.
