Each trench <br />to extend northerly and southerly, as the case may be, from the <br />main sewer pipeline to be constructed along aoproximately the <br /> <br />center li~e of West Seventeenth Street <br />tion off intention to the inside of the <br />to be constructed pursuant hereto. <br /> <br />pursuant to this resotu- <br />curb now constructed or <br /> <br /> The laying in each of said trenches of a lateral house <br /> connect[on sewer constructed of 4 inch diameter vitrified salt <br /> glazed cylindrical sewer pipe, connected with the said main sewer <br /> pipeline 'and extending from said main sewer pipeline to and in- <br /> side of said m~rb, and the backfilling snd settling of each of <br /> said sewer trenches to a true and solid surface on the subgrade. <br /> <br /> (c) The construction of a concrete curb along the <br /> north and south sides of West Seventeenth Street, and where a <br /> street or alley intersects or terminates in West Seventeenth Stree <br /> then the construction of return concrete curb on each side of the <br /> intersecting or terminating street or alley to the property llne <br /> on the north and south sides of West Seventeenth Street. <br /> <br /> (d) The excavation for the constr~ction of a con- <br /> crete syphon flush tank on the center line of West ~eventeenth <br /> Street at a point 183.10 feet west of the center line of North <br /> Main Street~ the excavation of a main sewer trench approximately <br /> five feet deep and extending from said f~sb tank west along the <br /> center llne of West Seventeenth btreet a distance of 450 feet <br /> to a manhole now constructed at the poimt of intersection of the <br /> center line of West Seventeenth Street by the center line of <br /> North Broadway. The construction in said sewer trench of a <br /> six inch inside diameter vitrified salt glazed cylindrical main <br /> sewer Connecting the above mentioned flush tank to be constructed <br /> and said marfiaole. The sewer trench to be backfilled and settled <br /> to a true and solid surface on the subgrade. <br /> <br /> (e) 'i~e pavement of West Seventeenth Street by the <br />construction on the subgrade of a concrete pavement six inches <br />thick with a belt finish wearing surface and complete to the <br />official grade. <br /> <br /> Excepting from the work above described any of said <br />work already done upon East Seventeenth Street and West Seven- <br />teenth Street to the official grade. <br /> <br /> Excepting, however, from all of the aforesaid described <br />work the ~ortion thereof within any area which is required by <br />law to be kept in order and repair by any person or company <br />having railroad ~racks on East Seventeenth Street mud West <br />Seventeenth Street. <br /> <br /> <br />
