Excepting, however, from all of the above des- cribed work the portion thereof within any area which is required by law to be kept in order and re,air by ~ any person or company having railroad tracks on ~¥est First Street. All of said work shall be done in accordance with the plans and specifications adopted therefor by the Board of Trustees of t~e city of Santo Aha by Res~lu- tion No. 949 on the 26t~ day of February, 1923, and which plans and specificntions are now o~ file in the office of the Clerk of the city of Santo Aha, ~nd said plans and specifications are hereby specificslly re- ferred to.
