The laying in e~ch of said sewer trenches of a four inch inside diameter vitrified salt glazed cylindrical lateral house connection sewer pipe connected with t~e main sewer pipe and extending to and inside of the said curbs, amd the backfil~in~ amd settling of each sewer trench to a true and solid surface on the subgrade. Excepting from the work above described any of said work already done on South Garnsey Street and test Myrtle Street to the official grade. There is hereby f~rther and expressly excepted from West Myrtle Street and on which no pavement shall be con- structed as a part of the improvement of %est Myrtle Street, all that portion thereof contained and embraced within its intersection by South Carn~ey btreet, the said intersection to be paved as s part of the improvement of South Garnsey Street. Exce.~tzng, however, from all of the above described work the ~ortlon thereof within any area which is required by law to be kept in order and repair by any person or hav!m~ railroad tracks on South Onrnsey Street and West 5~yrtle Street All of said work shall be do~e in accordance with the plan~ and ,~ec~ftcations adopted therefor by the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aaa by Resolution No. 916 on the 2~nd day of J~nuary, 1923, and which plans and ameclfi- cations are now on file in the office of tlc Clerk of the city of Santa Aaa, and said plans and specifications are hereby specifically ~eferred to. Resolved, that the grade on South Oarnsey Street and on West Myrtle Street, at which the work on said streets to be done, be modified and chan~ed, and reference to the ~lans sad specifications adooted by the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aaa on the 22nd day of January, 1923, by Resolution No. 916 for the ~'hich plans show the existing ~t which the work is proposed llotice is hereby riven and tl~e proposed work, is hereby made, official grade and the grade to be done. fact recited that the
