The grades shown on the plans and at which t?e pro- posed work is to be done on South Garnsey Street and on West Myrtle Street is along the center line of the streets, and is for the top of the crown of the street; all of said grades are based upon a datum ~lane adopted and established by Ordinance No. 5V~ of the city of Santa Aha, w?ich datum plane is 124.288 feet below the center line of bench mark ocnslstfng of a copper plate fixed in and located st the northwesterly corner of the City Hall of the city of Santa Aha, and marked "~o So Coast and Geodetic Survey All said elevations are expressed in feet and hundredths of feet and are elevations above the ds~m plane. The grades at all points between the ~oints shown on the plans and at which the elevations are shown shall conform to a true and uniform gradient along the center line of the street; and shall conform to the changed and modified grade; the grade on South Garnsey Street and on We.t ~yrtle ~treet so changed and modified shall be and become the true official grade thereof. The contemplated work and imorovement on Sout~ Garnsey Street and ~'es.t Myrtle Street in the opin'on of the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha is of more th~n local or ordinary public benefit, and the Board of Trustees of the city of Sant Aha hereby m~kes the expenses work and improvement chargeable upon a district, district said Board of Trustees hereby declares district benefited by said work and Imorovement, assessed to pay the'costs and expenses thereof, and wh'ch district is located in the city of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, the exterior boundaries there- of being described as follows:- Beginning at the point of intersection of t~e center line of South Garnsey Street with the Eorth line of Fair- view Avenue a distance of 153.5 feet; thence Northerly ~rallel to the center line of South G~rnsey Street and along lot lines to the Southeast corner of Lotl, of Block 1 of the Polytechnic Villa Tract as recorded in Miscella- neck, s Map Book 9, page 6, Records of Orange County, Cali- fornia; thence westerly along the south line of said lot i to the Southwest corner thereof; thence Northerly ~long the east llne of South Flower mtreet across'~est Myrtle Street to the Northwest corner of Lot l0 of Tract lO1, as recorded in Miscellaneous Map Book ll, pagel, Records of such which ~ to be the ~nd to be
