EVENING IL~OISTSA, a newspaper of general circulation ~rinted, published and circulated in said city, and being ~he newspaper designated by the Board of Trus~.~ tees for that purpose, the said notice being published therein on the 21st and 22nd days of February, 1925, and also posted said notice with specifications near the council chamber door of the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha on the 21st day of February, f923, for five days, the first public~tion and the day of posting said notice being more than ten d~ys before the time fixed therein for opening bids; Whereas, sealed proposals or bids for doing the work ordered was filed with the Clerk of the city of Sant~ Aha st or prior to the hour of 7:30 o'clock p,m. of Monday, the 5th day of March, 1923, and Whereas, the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha duly met and were in session at the time and place in said notices published and posted, and at f~ said time, in open session, publicly opened, examined, and declnred all bids or proposals made or filed, and Where~s, Said Board of Trustees deem it for the public good to reject all propossls or blds:. Resolved, that ~11 said bids or ~ro~osals file~ or presented for doing the work or making the improve- ment ordered, wYicb is briefly described in Resolution of Intention No. 92V, upon and along~the portion of that is within the city of Santa and eoch ~nd all of them, are reject- Resolved, that the Clerk of the city of Santa Aha be and is hereby directed to readvertise for pro- posals or bids for the performance of s~id work as in the first ir~stance and without further proceedings; bids to be delivered to said Clerk prior to the hour of 7:80 o'clock p.m. of Monday, the 19th day of M~rch, ~92~. Bids at s~id hour to be opened, examined, and declared by the Board of Trustees of the city of Bsnte Aha, and SANTA ANA DAILY EVE~iING REGISTER is hereby designated as the newspaper for that purpose.
