7,9 kEhOLUTION NO. 963. Resolved that the bonds heretofore ordered issued for the work briefly described in kesolution of Intention No. 8Z6 and ordered done and made by Resolution No. 855 being nine (9) bonds in the denomination of $64.00 and one (1) bond in the~denomination of $64.06, be and are hereby awarded and ordered delivered to the Contractor or his assigns in satisfaction of the sum due the con- tractor upon his assessment and warrant, subject to any liens thereon. A resolution determining un~id assessments fc the work done and improvement made upon a portion of West Fira~ Street, and the aggregate thereof, directing bonds to be issued upon ¢he security of the un~ald assessments, prescribing the denomina- tions of said bonds, providing for the issuance of the same in annual series. Whereas, a warrant and assessment~ dnted the ~rd day of November, 19~2, was issued for t~¢ work done and improvement made upon a portion of West-First ~treet, an open public street in the City of Santa Aha, for work and improvement as briefly described in Resolution of Inten- tion No. 806, Dsssed on t~e 3rd day of July, 1922, snd ordered done and made by Resolution No. 812, passed on the 24th day of July, 1922. Whereas, on the 8th day of January,. 1923, being after the full expiration of thirty days from the date of the warrant, and the said war~.ant being returned and recorded by the Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Aha, and after said return was recorded, the Street Superlnten$- dent made up and filed with the Clerk of the City of Santa Ana, as the Clerk of the Boand of Trustees thereof~ a complete list of all unpaid assessments upon the assess- ment, and ssid Clerk thereupon gave notice of the filing of said list, and that V:~O o'clock p.m. of the 12th day of Narch, 192~, at the council cham~er of 9~ Bonrd of Trustees of the C~ty of Santa Ana was the ti~e therein
