RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. No. 994. Resolved, that the plans and specifications for the following work to be done and improvement to be made in the city of Santa Ana upon and along a portion of that oran public street in s~id city, conunonly known as Buffalo Avenue, and which portion ex- tends from the West line o~ North Main Street, a public s~reet in the city of Smta Ama, ~esterly to the East line of North Broadway, also a public street in said city, and for the entire width of the described portion of Buffalo Avenue from the curb line on the North to the curb line on described as follows: The regrading of said street to a the South thereof, and sub-grade six (6) inches below the official grade thereof as now established, and the paving of the described portion of Buffalo Avenue by the con- structiou on said sub-grade of a concrete pavement six (6) inchesi thick with belt finish wearing surface and complete to the official grade. The construction of lateral house connection sea,ers there- under. All ~s prepared by the City Engineer and designated as Assessment District No. 46 for the improvement of Buffalo Avenue, in the city of Smuts Aha, and submitted this ?th day of May, 1923, be, and the same are hereby adopted ~s and for the plans and specifications for doing said work. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced, passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of t}e city of Santa Ana, at the regular meeting thereof held on the Vth day of May, 1923, by the following votes: Ayes: Trustees C.H.
