The work being chargeable upon a district, copies <br />of said notice shall also be posted along all of the ooen <br />streets within such district at hot more than three hundred <br />(300) feet in distance apart, but not less than three (5) in <br />all on each street. All said notices shall be headed <br />"Notice of Improvement" in letters of not less than one (1) <br />inch in length and shall in legible characters state the <br />fact of the passage of this Resolution of Intention, its date, <br />and briefly describe the proposed work and improvement and <br />refer to this Hesolution of Intention for further particulars. <br /> <br /> Said notice shall also contain a statement of the day, <br /> <br />hour and place whe~ and where any and all persons having any <br />objections to the proposed work or improvement, may appear <br />before the Board of Trustees of said city ~nd show cause why <br />the said proposed improvement should not be carried out in <br />accordance with said Resolution, and there shall also be in. <br />serted therein the following: "Notice is hereby given that <br />serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments ahd bear inter- <br />est at t}e rate of V% per annum, will be issued hereunder in <br />the manner provided by the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, the <br />last inst~llment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years <br />from the second dayof July, next succeeding nine (9) months <br />from their date." All of said notices shall be posted and <br />shall contain and set forth in manner and form the facts., <br />things and matters required by law. <br /> <br /> All of the herein proposed work shall be done in pursuance <br />of an Act of the Legislature of the ~tate of California, <br />designated: "Improvement Act of 1911", approved April Vth, <br />1922 and all amendments thereto. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution of <br />Intention w,s duly and regularly introduced and passed by <br />the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana at a regular <br />meeting thereof held ou the Vth day of May, 1928, by t he <br /> <br />following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes:Trustees C.H.
