143 RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS NO. 996. Resolved, that the ~lsns and specifications for the follow- ing work to be done and improvement to be made in the City of Santa Ans unon snd along a portion of that open public street in said city, commonly known as West Walnut Street, and which portion thereof is described as all that portion of West Walnut Street which extends from the West line of South Flower' Street, a public street in the City of Santa Ana, Westerly to the East line of South Baker Str~'et, also a public street in said city, and for the entire width of the described portion of West Walnut Street from the curb line ou the North to the curb line on the South thereof, and where any street or alley intersects or terminates in the described portion of West Walnut Street, then beyond the curb line and across the side- walk reservations to the North and South property lines there- of, and described as follows: The regrading of said street to s sub-grade five (5) inches below the official grade thereof ss now established, and the paving of the described portion of West Walnut Street by the construction on said subpgrade of a concrete pavement five (5) inches thick with belt finish wearing surface and complete to the official grade. The construction of curbs and the construction of lateral house connection sewers thereunder. All as prepared by the City ~ngineer and designated as Asses~ ent District No. ~9 for the improvement of West Walnut Street in the city of Santa Aua, and submitted this Vthl day of Nay, 192~, be, and the same are hereby adopted as and for the ~lans and specifications for doing said work. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was dul and regularlyintroduced, passed end adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of S~ta Aha, at the regular meeting thereof held on the Vth day of May, 192~, by the following votes: Ayes: Trustees C.H.Clmpmsn, Geo.
