RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLUS AND aPE CIFICATIONS NO. 997. Resolved, that the plans and specifications for the following work to be done and improvement to be made in the City of Santa_~ Aha upon snd along a portion of that open public street in said city, conunonly known as Fairview Avenue, and which portion thereof is described as all that portion of Fairview Avenue which extends from the West line of South Main Street, a public street in the city of Santa Ana, Westerly to the West line of South ~'lower Street, also a public street in said city, and for ~he entire width of the described portion of Fairview Avenue from the curb line on the north to the curb line on the South thereof, and where any street or alley intersects or terminates in the described D~rtion of Fairview Avenue, then beyond the curb line and across the sidewalE reservation to the North and South property lines thereof, and described as follows:- The regrading of said street to.a sub-grade six (6) inches below the official grade t~ereof ~s now established, and the paving of the described portion of Fairview AveNue by the con- struction on said sub,grade of an asphaltic concrete base four (4) inches thick overlaid with a two (2) inch asphaltic concrete wearing surface and complete to the official grade. The construction of curbs and the construction of lateral house connection sewers thereunder. A~i as prepared by t he City Engineer and designated as Assessment District No. 4V for the improvement of Fairview Avenue, in the city of Santa Ana, and submitted this ~th day of May, 1923, be, and the same are hereby, adopted as ~ for the plans and specifications for doing said work. I hereby certify that the foregoing nesolution was duly and regularly introduced, passed ~nd adopted by the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana, at the regular meeting thereof held on the Vth day of May, 1923, by the Ayes: Trustees C.H.
