146 F~$SOLUTION OP~DERING PinNa AND ~PECI~TCATIONS NO. 1000 Resolved, that the Engineer of the city of Santa Ana be and is hereby required to furnish plans and specifications and careful estimates of cost for the improvement of , portion of that open public street in the City of Santa Aha commonly known as B~chmsn Drive and which portion thereof is described as beginning at the r~st curb line of Narth Main Street end extend- ing East to the East end thereof. I hereby certify that the foregoing ~esolution was duly introduced before the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha at a regular meeting thereof held the 7th day of May, 1928, and passed by the vote of the following named members thereof: Ayes: Trustees C.H.Chapman, Geo. ~cPhee, Nat H. Neff, C. L. Killen, J. W. Tubbs. Noes: Trustees None. Absent: Trustees None. E. L. Vegely (SEAL) ~'lerk of the City of Santa Ar~. RESOLUTION NO. 100l. Resolved that the bonds heretofore ordered issued for the work briefly described in Resolution of Intention No. 846, for the improvement made on a portion of hiverine Avenue, an open public street in the city of Santa Aha, being nine (9) bonds in the denomination of $268.55 and one (1) bond in the denomi- nation of $288.61, be and are hereby awarded and order delivered to the contractor or his assigns in satisfaction of the sum due the contractor upon his assessment snd ~arrant, subject to any liens thereon. I hereby certify the foregoing Resolution wss duly intro- duced and passed at a regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana held on the 16th day of April, 1925 by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees C.H.
