147, <br /> <br />REhOLUTION NO. 1002. <br /> <br /> A ~esolution determining unpaid assessments for the work <br />done and improvement made upon a portion of West Sixth Street <br />and Olive Street, and the aggregate thereof, directing bonds <br />to be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments, pre- <br />scribing the denominations of said bonds, providing for the <br />issuance of the same in annual series. <br /> <br /> W~ereas, a warrant ~rd assessment, dated the 14th day of <br />March, 1923, w~s issued for the work done and improvement made <br />upon a portion of West Sixth Street and Olive Street, open public <br />str~ets in the city of Santa Aha, for work and improvement ss <br />briefly described in Resolution of Intention No. 823, passed the <br />28th day of August, 1922, and ordered done and made by Resolution <br />No. 834, passed $eptember 18th, 1922; <br /> <br /> Whereas, on the 23rd day of April, 1923, being after the full <br />expiration of thirty days from the date of the warrant, and said <br />warrant being returned and recorded by the Street Superintendent <br />of the city of Santa Aha, and after said return was recorded, the <br />Street Superintendent made up and filed with the Clerk of the city <br />of S~nta Aha, as the Clerk of the Board of Trustees thereof, a <br />complete list of all unpaid assessments upon the assessment, and <br />said Clerk thereupon gave notice of the filing of said list, and <br />that V:30 o'clock p.m. of Monday, May Vth, 1923, st the council <br />chamber of the Board of Trustees of t~e city of Santa Aha was the <br />time therein fixed by him when interested persons might appear <br />before the city council and show cause why bonds should not be <br />issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments shown on said <br />list; <br /> <br /> ~nereas, the Board of ~ustees of S~nta Ana was in session and <br /> duly convened at the time and place in the said notice specified <br /> and proceeded to hear any objections presented, and no interested <br /> or other persons appearing to show cause or. did show cause why <br /> bonds should not ~e ~ sued upon the security of the unpaid assess-~ <br /> merits or objected thereto; <br /> <br /> It is therefore, nos by the Board of Trustees of the city of <br /> Santa Ana, determined, resolved snd ordered ss follows: <br /> <br /> (1) The assessments which are unpaid for the work done and <br /> improvement made upon a portion of West Sixth Street ~nd Olive <br /> Street, which work and in~orovement is briefly described in <br /> ~esolution of Intention No. 823, passed on the 2~th day of August <br /> 1922, and ordered done and made by Resolution No. 834, passed <br /> Bept~mber 18th, 1922, are as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
