147, REhOLUTION NO. 1002. A ~esolution determining unpaid assessments for the work done and improvement made upon a portion of West Sixth Street and Olive Street, and the aggregate thereof, directing bonds to be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments, pre- scribing the denominations of said bonds, providing for the issuance of the same in annual series. W~ereas, a warrant ~rd assessment, dated the 14th day of March, 1923, w~s issued for the work done and improvement made upon a portion of West Sixth Street and Olive Street, open public str~ets in the city of Santa Aha, for work and improvement ss briefly described in Resolution of Intention No. 823, passed the 28th day of August, 1922, and ordered done and made by Resolution No. 834, passed $eptember 18th, 1922; Whereas, on the 23rd day of April, 1923, being after the full expiration of thirty days from the date of the warrant, and said warrant being returned and recorded by the Street Superintendent of the city of Santa Aha, and after said return was recorded, the Street Superintendent made up and filed with the Clerk of the city of S~nta Aha, as the Clerk of the Board of Trustees thereof, a complete list of all unpaid assessments upon the assessment, and said Clerk thereupon gave notice of the filing of said list, and that V:30 o'clock p.m. of Monday, May Vth, 1923, st the council chamber of the Board of Trustees of t~e city of Santa Aha was the time therein fixed by him when interested persons might appear before the city council and show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments shown on said list; ~nereas, the Board of ~ustees of S~nta Ana was in session and duly convened at the time and place in the said notice specified and proceeded to hear any objections presented, and no interested or other persons appearing to show cause or. did show cause why bonds should not ~e ~ sued upon the security of the unpaid assess-~ merits or objected thereto; It is therefore, nos by the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana, determined, resolved snd ordered ss follows: (1) The assessments which are unpaid for the work done and improvement made upon a portion of West Sixth Street ~nd Olive Street, which work and in~orovement is briefly described in ~esolution of Intention No. 823, passed on the 2~th day of August 1922, and ordered done and made by Resolution No. 834, passed Bept~mber 18th, 1922, are as follows:
